Orders & Shipping
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $80. Orders under that ship for a flat, calculated rate shown at checkout. Full details live on our shipping page.
We process most orders within 1–3 business days. Once it's on its way, you'll get a tracking link by email. Larger or bundled orders may take a touch longer to pack.
Yes — we ship worldwide. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. See the shipping page for current destinations and timelines.
Your card or bank statement will show HOWLFAB. If you see a charge you don't recognize, contact us and we'll help you trace it.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best. Email support@howlfab.shop as soon as you can with your order number, and we'll catch it before it leaves the studio if there's still time.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start a return any time from our returns page.
For hygiene reasons, opened beds, blankets, sweaters, and bandanas are final sale once they've been removed from their packaging. We hope that's understandable — these are items your pet curls right up in.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always covered, even if they've been opened. Send a photo to support@howlfab.shop within a few days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it. Details are on the returns page.
For a standard change-of-mind return, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If the return is our fault — a defect or a wrong item — we cover it. Reach out via contact before sending anything back.
Product & Care
No. Howlfab makes fabric goods only — beds, blankets, carriers, and apparel. We never sell food, treats, medicine, or veterinary products of any kind.
No. Our pieces are made for comfort and everyday use, not treatment. Nothing we make is a medical, orthopedic, or therapeutic device, and we make no health claims. For any health concern, please talk to your veterinarian.
As a rule: cold water, gentle cycle, and a zippered wash bag for knits and covers, then air dry or tumble low. Skip fabric softener on water-resistant pieces. Each product page lists its exact care steps, and our washing guide walks through the basics.
Every product page has a size chart with measurements. For beds, our bed-sizing guide helps, and for anything else just reach out with your pet's measurements — we're happy to recommend a size.
Yes. Every print and pattern is a Howlfab original, drawn in-house. We never use licensed characters or copied pet-brand designs.
Mostly brushed cottons, wool felt, recycled poly fills, and water-resistant weaves, depending on the piece. Exact materials are listed on each product page so you always know what's against your pet's fur.
