Shipping Policy

How and when your order ships, what it costs, and how we handle the bumps along the way.

We ship worldwide from the United States. This policy explains our processing and delivery times, costs, and how we handle parcels that go astray. Returns are covered separately in our Refund & Return Policy.

1. Order processing time

We prepare and pack most orders within 1–3 business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. During sales or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer; we will keep you posted.

2. Delivery estimates

Once your order ships, typical transit times are:

These times are indicative estimates, not guarantees, and do not include processing time. Customs clearance, weather, and carrier delays can affect delivery.

3. Shipping costs and free U.S. shipping

Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and order. U.S. orders over $80 ship free. All prices and shipping charges are in USD (U.S. dollars).

4. International duties and import taxes

International orders are shipped delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are the customer’s responsibilityand are not included in our prices or shipping charges. These fees are set by your local authorities; please check your country’s rules before ordering. If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were unpaid, our return policy applies.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow a day or two for tracking to update after you receive it.

6. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for an unusually long time, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at support@howlfab.shop with your order number (and a photo, if it is damaged). We will work with the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement or refund. Items damaged in transit are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Incorrect address or undeliverable parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply) or a refund of the product cost.
