3. Orders and order acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order-confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

• All prices are shown in USD (U.S. dollars) and may change at any time before you order.

• We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. By paying, you authorize the charge for your order total. Your card statement will show “HOWLFAB.”

5. Shipping and risk of loss

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Some items that contact your pet directly are final sale for hygiene reasons, but defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always eligible for a refund or replacement.

All content on our website — including our designs, patterns, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the “Howlfab” name — are original works owned by HOWL FABRIC LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
